Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Demonstrates success in leading engineering, process design, and manufacturing activity on projects accomplishing product performance, manufacturing and quality objectives, and time to market goals
2) Develops written operating procedures to support?new product?start up activities
3) Communicates process changes related to design revisions, insures appropriate level of documentation, and ensures that changes are implemented and followed at DeltaTRAK and affiliate facilities.
4) Develops BOM structure and component sourcing strategies to support initial R&D and production activities
5) Provides Engineering and Technical support to existing production, including efficiency, yield, and operating rate improvements.
6) Leads problem identification, definition, analysis, solution generation, and solution implementation for other business activities
7) Promotes a culture of teamwork and manufacturing excellence
8) Speak, read and write in English is needed to interface with our US company factory
9) Sound knowledge about local computer network maintenance

Job Description:
Increase DeltaTRAK market position in the cold chain industry by leading appropriate sales and marketing activities for ColdTRAK and Food Safety Programs
Skill Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills.?Must be able to interact with C-level executives.?Must be able to travel a minimum of 25% overnight.

Minimum 4 years combination of inside/outside sales
Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Be responsible for generating new business through outside sales activities such as product demonstrations, cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building. Develop and implement an effective sales plan, using a consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections.
2) Maintain, service and increase business with existing accounts within assigned territory
3) Obtain and report competitor information, such as new products, pricing, and sales strategies during the process of sales generation.
4) Become familiar with use of all products through product training and hands-on-use to be able to recommend the correct product for the customer application
5) Provide updated information for product applications and suggest improvements to existing product line based on information obtained from customer application needs
6) Attend trade shows to promote the company products, obtain sales leads via contact with potential customers, and update the company on industry applications and competitor products
